A film crew is shooting a low-budget horror inside an old abandoned mental hospital. To save on production costs try to work as long as possible and stay there at night. They learn of strange experiments done in the old hospital and go on more and more each member of the crew is starting to show worrying signs of imbalance until violence breaks out in a manifesto.
