So far, so excellent, if one takes an uncompromising posture and forgets every element of the tale save what is obviously portrayed on screen. The timing is good, and the comedy is appropriate. Once the twist in the trailer occurs, the tale becomes a brilliantly predictable Pixar entry. Highly recommended for kids or the whole family.
