The Drama doesn’t ask for attention it demands it. Directed by Kristoffer Borgli, it opens in quiet discomfort. A conversation lingers too long. A glance says too much then it spirals. A couple stands on the edge of something fragile. Meanwhile small cracks widen words twist, intentions blur, truth slips out sideways. However the film never explodes the way you expect. It simmers boils slow and Burns deeper. The camera holds uncomfortably close. Faces fill the frame sweat, tension, forced smiles that don’t hold. Moreover the performances feel almost invasive, like you’re eavesdropping on something private. Dialogue stings Silence stings more.So What’s real here? The film toys with perception then pulls the rug. Instead it leans into awkward pauses and sharp emotional turns. Therefore every scene feels slightly off balance. Some moments stretch thin but that unease feels intentional. Ultimately it’s biting, strange and a little cruel. Not always easy to watch. But hard to forget. Streaming now on afdah movie streaming, it leaves behind a tension that doesn’t quite settle.
