Description: A Real Pain 2024 follows the story of two cousins, David and Benji. This movie is written and directed by Jesse Eisenberg. They arrange a trip to Poland to see their beloved grandmother, who lived there and has recently passed. During this movie, we come to see completely opposite personalities of both cousins. Benji is an extrovert while David is an introvert. During their journey, they both join the Holocaust heritage tour. Where both cousins confront the difficulties of their relationship, their respective cultural identities, and the difficult past of their family. A Real Pain explores the themes of suffering, personal development, and relationships with family members. Both cousins are back at the airport at the end of the movie. David politely gives an invitation to Benji to join him for dinner and to meet his family but Benji rejects and they parted from each other.
