Collet-Serra is back in B-movie mode with Carry-On, about a TSA agent’s panicked efforts to stop a terrorist from smuggling a gun onto a plane on Christmas Eve. Say what you will about 1990’s Die Hard 2, but this movie knew how to exploit its airport setting and maintained a huge appreciation for gritty violence and entertaining absurdity.
