Description:Don’t Move is a silent thriller about kidnapping. Few insightful comments about the 93-minute two-hander’s broken characters or claimed suspense exists. This movie simply duplicates the genre beats one might expect from a tale of a man kidnapping a woman in the woods. Both the anti-climactic ending and the cloying setup are unpleasant. I’m getting ahead of myself, though. The main character at the heart of T.J. Cimfel and David Whiteake’s mediocre script is of little. Importance to directors Brian Netto and Adam Schindler. Who are producing it with Sam Raimi. We get the impression that Iris’ haze has persisted longer than her slumber even though we first see her waking up beside her husband.
