Plot: Horror movies that often reach our billboard we have evil accustomed to seeing the same thing: ghost stories and haunted houses and almost always with the word “Devil” or any of its derivatives in the title. It is increasingly difficult to differentiate one from another, so those jewels that hit the screens sometimes go unnoticed.William and his family are facing a grim assemblage. The setting could be a quite meeting house packed with men, ladies and kids, a congregation whose silence and joyless faces imply disapproval or maybe worry. Whether or not they’re standing in judgment doesn’t come to William, whose proud religion in his own notion of Christianity is as deep and in darkness unsettling as his sepulchral voice.
