Description: In Watson S01E01, Erica, a pregnant lady, worries that she may have FFI: Fatal Familial Insomnia, a genetic disorder that keeps you up until the end of your life. Her goal is to keep her alive long enough to give birth because she fears that she will die before she can do so. However, when Watson’s team suspects she doesn’t genuinely have FFI, that goal swiftly shifts to figuring out what’s wrong with her. Watson’s ex-wife and the facility’s medical director, Dr. Mary Morse, is outraged when she discovers that Watson has deceived Erica about a diagnosis which states she doesn’t have FFI.
