Description: In the Cultural Revolution Tsinghua University astrophysics graduate. Ye Wenjie testifies that he was forcibly taken by the Tsinghua High School Redguards of Ye’s mother and younger sister who have been branded as traitors joined the Labor Party in Inner Mongolia. The helped them in a struggle letter seeking Ye’s help in writing details policy recommendations based on Ye’s reading of the book Silent Spring. However after the government deems the letter seditious Ye is betrayed by the imprisoned journalists.
